This estimate covers prior notice, proportional 13th and vacation with the 1/3, plus the FGTS 40% fine when the dismissal is without cause. Mutual-agreement dismissals halve the prior notice and FGTS fine. Resignation and just-cause dismissals do not pay the fine and block FGTS withdrawal.
